5. Kindly handover the coupon before the bill is processed.
6. All taxes applicable as per the Govt. rules will be charged.
7. Its compulsory to carry "Validation id form" with this coupon where your invoice number must be clearly mentioned. Your coupon card will be validated at vendor by invoice number issued from Model Media Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.
